- Found heater hose disconnected from housing. Snapped hose back into housing and bled cooling system and everything seems to be working perfectly fine and vehicle is no longer overheating. Customer is aware to check the level after she arrives home to see if it needs to be added to or not. Also recommend replacing thermostat in the near future due to the overheating that occurred.
