Clean gum and soft carbon deposit from fuel delivery components and inside combustion chamber. Run vehicle on Well-Worth solution to clean combustion chamber and clean face of catalytic converter and test out.
Saw no carbon build up in cylinders. Could not get a good picture. Spark plugs are not coated in carbon. No # on plug, just has NGK VW AG. Audi states 1 quart per 1000 miles is "normal"

Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation and test out
Remove all four wheels and inspect all four brake pads and rotors and remove rear brake rotors and/or drums to inspect parking brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Reinstall all 4 wheels.
Replace brake pads and brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle.

Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection.

After further testing we found an potential problem with Park/neutral switch/megatronic unit but to get to it and properly test it, it is inside transmission and customer did not wish to proceed any further.
