Had extended crank and wouldn't start. Tried to hold the gas pedal down while it was cranking and after a few seconds of doing that it started up. Was able to drive it after that and has started up without an issue after that. There were two communication codes in the computer. U1000 and U1002. Found nothing obvious to be causing codes. Cleared codes and tested starting and charging system and everything passed without a problem. Customer asked to add fuel additive to help any potential moisture that may have gotten into the lines causing issue.
