P0481 fan 2 control circuit malfunction – found the main fuse blown for the cooling fan. Replaced fuse and retested system and found the cooling fan assembly to be bad and needs to be replaced. Called dealer for pricing and potential warranty and was told there is a recall for the cooling fan.
